• Geolocation: XYZ POS accesses geolocation information to link your POS to your physical store location so customers nearby can see your store around them.
• CSV Imports: Product information you choose to upload into the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Upload and display store logos and product images.
• Scan barcodes for product management.
• Store owners can:
  

  Manually set location: Choose the exact store location on a map.
  Automatically set location: Allow the app to detect the device’s location to associate it with the store when setting up your store at store physical location.

  This ensures that the store and its inventory are accurately represented in XYZ App for users searching for products nearby..
• Import products via CSV files.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely. Uploaded media and CSV files are used solely for your store account. We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent.

4. Permissions

• Camera: Scan barcodes.
• Storage/Media Library: Upload logos and product images.
• Geolocation: Record your store location and calculate distances if needed.

5. Your Rights

You can revoke permissions anytime via your device settings. Revoking may limit certain app functionality.
